Dan Hugo e Jacqui Slack dominano l’ottava e ultima tappa dell’XTERRA Asia-Pacific Tour. A Putrajaya, in Malesia, sabato 3 maggio il sudafricano centra la sua quinta vittoria stagionale, su sette gare disputate, la seconda di fila dopo il successo della settimana precedente in Australia. Sul podio con lui il connazionale Brad Weiss e l’australiano Ben Allen. La britannica vince invece il suo secondo titolo stagionale, e l’ottavo della sua carriera, infliggendo più di 15′ di distacco alla connazionale Daz Parker, con l’austriaca Carina Wasle che si prende il terzo posto a discapito di Renata Bucher.
