Ennesima prestazione di altissimo livello per lo junior Matthias Steinwandter, il campione europeo di duathlon e bronzo continentale di triathlon.

L’azzurrino a Tiszaujvaros, nell’ETU Triathlon Junior European Cup, ha vinto la medaglia d’oro precedendo l’israeliano Ron Darmon e il britannico Gordon Benson. Bel piazzamento anche per Delian Stateff che è arrivato al quinto posto.

In campo femminile, la britannica Sophie Coldwell si è imposta precedendo l’ungherese Eszeter Pap e l’australiana Ashlee Bailie, sesta Giorgia Priarone, ottava Elena Maria Petrini.
